Term Contracts

Term contracts issued by the State Procurement Bureau. A term contract is a contract in which a source or sources of supply are established for a specific period of time at a predetermined unit price. All term contracts listed are for the use of State of Montana agencies and as indicated, cooperative purchasers.

Contract Awards

The following lists reflects contracts for supplies and services recently awarded under the Montana Procurement Act, Title 18, Chapter 4, MCA. The fully executed contracts will be finalized, pending the receipt of adequate documentation. These are tentative awards pending the receipt of a purchase order or fully executed contract.
